Lisa and Steve | Boardwalk Hotel
About a year ago we spent an afternoon alongside a little lake with these two lovely souls, where they filled us in on their plans for a fairytale wedding the coming April. At the time it seemed like such a long way away, but the next thing we knew we were standing in the foyer of the beautiful Boardwalk hotel, before being welcome into Lisa’s hotel room by her awesome bridal party.
From Lisa’s fathers reaction as he saw her in her dress ready to walk down the aisle, to the groomsmen toasting to Steven’s future with the special whisky that his grandfather had given him, it was amazing to see how connected these two were to their friends and family. It’s often the punchline of a joke or two at receptions that when you tie the knot you’re not just marrying your partner, but their whole family as well. But seeing the real love and support behind these two, we can’t help but smile and know that with family like this, they will always have a happy home.
